We are looking for Frontend developer, Backend developer, and Fullstack Developer with the following qualifications:
Requirement
More than 2-years experience in software development
- Strong knowledge in Node JS and Java Spring Boot (for Backend developer), strong ---knowledge in React Native, React JS, Vue JS (for Frontend developer)
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax
- Familiar with RESTful API, and understanding in the concept of APIs and Frontend-Backend communication
Strong knowledge in MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreeSQL, efficient table schema & database querying
Familiar with agile methodology of running projects
Understanding of modern development principles and best practices (OOP, Design Patterns, unit testing, continuous integration and deployment)
Knowledge of mobile programming such Flutter, PWA, React Native is an advantage
Knowledge of PHP (Laravel) is also an advantage
Excellent teamwork skills, and capable of collaborating with team members
A quick learner and self-starter

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Information Technology
• More than 2-years’ experience in marketing and selling, especially in marketing of software or digital products/systems/services.
• Knowledge of digital products such as website, mobile apps, e-commerce, and software/systems
• Knowledge of IT, digital and online industries and the current events
• Ability to understand customers’ problems and requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill and IT fluency
• Good Influencing and negotiation skill
• Good in problem solving and solution finding
• Strong in logical and critical thinking
• Familiar with digital products and online technologies
• Good in both spoken and written communication skills
• Fluent in technological and visual communication
• Solid presentation skill
• Good in written English
Technical Requirements:
• Ability to operate Office software (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) is a must
• Experience with digital and collaboration tools
Responsibilities:
• Identifying new sales leads
• Pitching products and/or services
• Creating new customer base as well as maintaining relationships with existing customer
• Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
• Contacting potential clients to establish communication and set up meetings
• Understanding and analyzing of customer’s, and communicate it to internal teams in clear details
• Working with internal teams to find the right solution for customers
• Developing quotations and solid proposals
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
